📍 Where is the farmhouse located?
We are located in Umbria, in Poggioprimocaso, in a quiet position between Spoleto, Norcia and Cascia. A perfect place for those who love nature, hiking or cycling, and authentic experiences.

🛏️ Is breakfast included in the stay?
Yes, breakfast is always included in the room price.
We offer sweet and savory breakfast, also with vegan and gluten free options. You will find homemade cakes, croissants, local cheeses, cured meats, fresh ricotta, bread and much more.
🍝 Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the farmhouse?
Yes, we offer half board or full board on request.
Meals are paid directly on site and are not included in the price of the stay.
👶 Do you have a baby crib?
Of course! If you are travelling with a small child, we will provide you with a cot at no additional cost. Just let us know when booking.
🐶 Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome! We love animals and know how wonderful it is to travel with them. We just ask you to let us know before your stay.
🚭 Can you smoke in the room?
No, all rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas.
⏰ What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:30 am
If you have special needs, contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
🚴♀️ Do you also host walkers and cyclists?
Absolutely!
We are an excellent stop for those who follow itineraries on foot or by bike in the area of Spoleto, Cascia and Valnerina. We have space for bikes and plenty of experience in accommodating slow travelers.
