Umbria Highland & the farmhouse "Da MammaMimma"
Founded by Sabrina Ranucci, the Umbria Highland farm and farmhouse da MammaMimma is proposed as an ethical reality rooted in the territory. Here, the breeding of Highland cows, known for their docile temperament and resistance, is based on total animal welfare :
- free and wide pastures,
- natural rhythms,
- no production forcing,
- care and attention for each specimen.
The environment, also thanks to the part dedicated to hospitality, is designed to promote harmony between man, nature and animals, with a view to regenerative agriculture and respect for mountain biodiversity.
