A new life has come to brighten the pastures of Sabrina's farm, among the gentle Umbrian hills of Poggioprimocaso, a rural hamlet of Cascia. A little Highland is born, and we couldn't be more thrilled!

Today in Poggioprimocaso is a special day: a new Highland calf was born!
I am so happy – every new birth is a huge emotion here at the company. The mother was very good and the little one is doing great, even if she is still a little wobbly on her legs.
Those who know me know how much I love this breed: they are wonderful animals, sweet, rustic and incredibly affectionate. Seeing a new one being born is always a little magic.
It doesn't have a name yet... but I'm thinking about it! In the meantime I enjoy her with cuddles and photos, because she is already a star.
